Sarah Buxton

Imagine spending a weekend on a deserted island with a vixen. Well that's not too far away from the truth. In 1999 I was able to do just that as I was preparing a television segment on this steamy siren who was then appearing on the sexy soap Sunset Beach. She was hand-picked by Aaron Spelling himself to play the role of Annie Douglas. The segment was shot in the Bahamas and aired on the Fox Television Network.

Known for their famous 2001 Abercrombie & Fitch catalog appearance, the Carlson Twins: Lane and Kyle, have been burning up the runways and fashion scene as they quickly rise to supermodel status. I was honored to work with the twins while I directed my first spec GAP TV commercial in January 2003. They are down to Earth, friendly, and have a great future ahead of them. I'm thrilled to report that they will step before my camearas again for brand new photo shoot this Spring.

Through my work, I've been able to connect with or even launch the careers of some pretty well known people. Here are just a few highlights.

Brandon Tyler

Brandon has been deemed one of Hollywood's Hottest New Teens. A few years ago, I photographed him when he was just beginning his career. Once we did the photo session, his career exploded.

The photos had an impact: he soon was added to the cast of the Days of Our Lives, playing the part of Phillip Robert Kiriakis. After that, he was cast on MTV's steamy series, Undressed. Latest word -- he's playing the love interest of the Olsen Twins in their upcoming movie.

Brandon will continue to take Hollywood by storm. With his good looks, easy demeanor and likeable style, he is bound to go a long way.

The soap only lasted a short time, but Sarah was able to move on, and now appears as star of CBS’s daytime drama, The Bold and the Beautiful.

Jose Solano

In 1998, I was approached by Men's Exercise Magazine to photograph Baywatch hunk Jose Solano.

Known for his great swimmers body, the editors wanted me to shoot an exercise routine and fashion layout of this Hispanic heartthrob. Naturally I was thrilled.

Solano played the part of Manny in the number one rated television series in the world, so needless to say, how could I resist? Not knowing what to expect, my fears quickly evaporated when I found out that Solano was not only a pleasure to work with, but grounded beyond belief. Needless to say it was a thrill just to hang out with him after the shoot as we munched on fast food -- a nice treat after a hard day's work. It was also the first time I worked with publicist Eric Kent, who has since become a good friend and business partner.

Sting/Veronica Web

In last few years I was privileged to meet and get exclusive one-on-one interviews pop icon Sting and super model Veronica Web.

Sting was humble and gracious as he was interviewed during his Save the Rainforest campaign…Web was thoughtful when she speculated on the role of the internet in the launching of aspiring models careers. Both have had a lasting impact on my life.

Today, as I listen to Sting's music his lyrics tend to take on a special meaning, now that I know that he's one of those artists who speaks with conviction. Meeting people like him is always a rare honor.

Viewfinder Model Featured in Blockbuster
Model Jude Tade recently worked on the mega-blockbuster "Pearl Harbor" with Director Michael Bay. Tade worked alongside Ben Affleck and Cuba Gooding, Jr. Tade was one of the Doolittle Bombers in the film.
